Well, it's been a difficult year to get deliveries made in a timely manner, that's for sure! We thank you so much for your patience with us and our courier team in getting your meals delivered around Australia in 2020. We continue to use Sendle as they are on time 99% of the time, and they are helping us clean up our world. Here's their Christmas message:

It's (happily) time to say farewell and good riddance to 2020.

Before we close and lock the door on this rollercoaster of a year, I want to say thanks—from the bottom of my heart—for your continued support.

This year hasn't been easy for anyone. But, thanks to the grit and resilience of our small business community, it has been a remarkable one. 

You've adapted, you've pivoted, you've put your nose to the grindstone, and through it all, you've persevered. Seeing all the incredible work you've done, we've learned so much.

Thanks to all you do, we've been able to keep creating positive change for the planet and for hardworking small businesses.

Because of you, we've:

• offset the carbon emissions of more than 16.4 billion kilometres (or 10.2 billion miles) in shipments, and
• helped prevent the destruction of Amazon rainforest and protected the natural habitats of brown bears and long-nosed Potoroos.

That's huge!

And with your support, we've been able to help small businesses making a change—be it raising funds for those affected by wildfires, crafting masks to fight the spread of COVID, or finding ways to support one another.

Through it all, we've listened to your feedback and responded with improvements to our service that help you streamline your shipping and save some money doing it.

It's been a big year, one we'll not soon forget. And, since this email would have ended entirely too long by laying out all the powerful stuff that happened this year, we've recorded it all in our 2020 Year in Review.

Thank you so much for your support and for helping us make a difference in the world. Despite everything that happened this year, the strength of our small business community has cast a warm glow on it all.
